An open network: every shop and every carrier can use it. Each Pakomat has 24 doors in four sizes, built for the small parcels that make up most Albanian online orders.

How a Pakomat works
A Pakomat is a self-service parcel locker. Shops send your order to it, we fill it, and you open your door with a code. No waiting at home, no phone calls.

Choose a Pakomat at checkout
When you order online, pick the Pakomat nearest your home, your work or your daily route.

We deliver it
ShipIt collects your parcel from the shop and brings it to the Pakomat. In Tirana, often the same day.

You get a code
An SMS and an email tell you which Pakomat your parcel is in and give you your pick-up code.

Collect any time
Enter the code, the door opens and the parcel is yours. You have 48 hours free, at any hour of the day, and can add a day if you need it.
Returns: drop your parcel off at any Pakomat.
Pay on collection: coming soon. Orders paid online work from day one.

We pick the doorWe measure every parcel at our hub, so shops never pay for the wrong size.
The smaller size countsIf the right door is full and we use a bigger one, the shop pays the smaller size.

What we do
One network, from shelf to locker
We do more than place lockers. We run the whole last mile: collection, sorting, delivery and, for shops that want it, the warehouse too.
Our own delivery fleet
We collect from shops on a morning round, sort at our hub on the Tirana-Durrës corridor and fill the Pakomats. One stop, twenty parcels.
Fulfilment
We store your stock, pick and pack every order and send it to a Pakomat. Your shop runs without a warehouse of its own.
Pakomats in your checkout
Our plugin adds Pakomats as a delivery option in your webshop. Your customer picks a locker, the order comes to us. We set up the link with your shop for you.

Why lockers matter
Albania has around 706,000 online shoppers and about 11.9 million online orders a year. Almost every one arrives through a phone call, a doorstep meeting and cash. Locker networks work across the region. Albania does not have one yet.

Pakomat = pako + automat
The name says what it does. A parcel, and a machine that keeps it safe until you come for it. We took the idea from countries where lockers are part of daily life and are shaping it for Albanian streets, Albanian shops and the way people here buy online.
